Hybrid-remote work models offer many of the same benefits as colocation and remote work, but they have specific challenges of their own.

 

While each team is unique, at the core of these specific challenges is the balance between autonomy and connection which can be viewed as 4 quadrants: commute costs versus coordination costs, efficiency versus play, individual needs versus the needs of others, and productivity versus innovation.

 

This workshop is designed to help teams understand and optimize this balance. At the conclusion of this workshop, your team will formulate a hybrid strategy to be submitted to management.
